Sienna napped in her crib from 12:15/30ish to 2:15 I was able to sneak in a shower and gather up stuff to try and sell on ebay AND take pictures! Of course when she woke up she was confused since she never naps in her crib... when I got upstairs she was standing in her crib stairing towards the door crying but she quickly realised how silly she was.

Silly baby! Are you implementing a new thing by putting her in the crib or was it just a random place to put her so you could get stuff done?

Normally when I shower I put her in her bouncer thing and bring that into the bathroom but yesterday she crapped in her seat while I was showering so the bouncer was unavailable today, thus if I wanted to take a shower I need an alternative. She normally naps on the couch in her boppy, but I can't leave her unattended except for a quick run out of the room when she's like that. I don't know that her nap in the crib today would have worked out as well if she had previously had a nap in the day...that one has been her only nap so far today and that is very strange for her.

Late nap! How many naps does she usually have each day?

usually she naps on average probably 3 times for anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Normally she's up for a few hours playing and will then take a nap around 11/1130, then another one in the afternoon and often another one early evening but that depends on when her last nap was and how long it was. So today her long 2 hour lunch time nap was the only one during the day. Now she's napping again next to me on the couch and will likely be asleep for 40-60 minutes or so.

I like todays naps. I may try it again tomorrow, but we'll see once tomorrow gets here haha

She better! I'm sure she will but right now she seems pretty wired... maybe lack of sleep?

LOL @ her not sleeping. I hate that, but now that I see it happens to someone else it makes me laugh.

Brady had been taking 4 naps a day lately but I think that it was my fault. He would cry so I'd assume he was awake, pick him up and bring him in the living room. I decided to try and put him back down last night instead of bringing him out and he went back down fairly easy. He did wake up more in the night though. He usually only wakes for one bottle but woke for two last night.

His schedule is wake at 9, nap around 11, nap around 1 (long nap), nap in the evening, and I try to put him down by 9 again. For the last week he'd wake up and be up until midnight and he'd be insanely hyper. Drove me nuts. Hope he stays asleep tonight!

Well it's not like she was super obnoxious after having not napped much yesterday, but it was just really not the norm for us. So laughing at me

Last night was so brutal for me... Sienna was pretty good.
I got her to sleep finally around 1040. I was wide awake till 1130. Then I was bug eyed ready to run a marathon wide freakin awake from 230-430. She was up around 230 for a bit then back down until 6ish I think? Thankfully she let me sleep until 9 but I was so groggy when she woke me up. Ugh. Oh well... at least it's not a regular thing for me or I'd be a mess.

Looks like we both got horrible sleep. That's funny about feeling like you could run a marathon.

Brady is doing his morning poop in my lap. Joy.

Our night sucked arse. First I went to bed at midnight. I couldn't sleep cause he was on his belly in his crib and that makes me nervous when I'm not awake. So I decided at 1 that he either had to be turned over or he needs to sleep in bed with me. I grabbed him and took him to bed with me. Luckily he did not wake up all the way. He woke at 2:30, bottle. 6, bottle. 8, defarted him. 9:30 I woke up to him staring at me and chewing on his hands. Ugh. I wanted to sleep longer but it was obvious he was really hungry cause he was gnawing on his hands and sucking on his fingers like it was his last meal. TOo cute.

Why did we wake at 7am? AAH! I am so tired I laid in bed for another hour trying to convince Brady it was too early but he is so hyper now it's just pointless. Once he pooped it was just all over. So yay, we are up. I finally got out of bed and got my computer. He's laying next to me playing with a toy while I type.

I slept okay, but could have been better. I just wanted to make sure I had a better nights sleep than the previous night. I tried transitioning Sienna to her crib a few times but ended up sleeping with her the entire night and boy is she a bed hog. Somehow I managed to completely forget how much of a pain she can be to sleep with

Last night was pretty good. Got to sleep around 11 then was up with Sienna back in bed around 2, back to her crib and then in with us again round 6! Of course I for some stupid reason was wide awake around 6 and have been up since... joy! At least I got a shower in early today.

Last night was a blur. I don't feel groggy this morning so I must have slept pretty good. I went to bed with Sienna around 1030. We fell asleep snuggled and then woke up a few hours later to which I believe I moved her to her crib. I'm not sure what time anything happened last night - one of those nights I guess. I do know she came back to bed at one point, but somehow is magically back in her crib Normally in the morning she ends up coming back to bed with me, but it's 845 and she's still in her crib! I should have snuck in a shower but I'm trying to let Josh get whatever sleep he needs or wants since he was up late working, so I need to be around in case Sienna wakes up crying or fussy.

my child slept like absolute sh!t last night, and thats very unusual for her, shes cutting her eye teeth though and ive heard those are the worse, i tried putting her in our bed 3 or so times but she was a wiggle worm and i sure as heck couldnt sleep, if she woulda been still maybe but she was tossing and turning, so i finally took her to the living room, put on a baby einstein movie popped her in her swing (yep she still meets the weight requirements ) and took a power nap on the couch

well her molars are coming thru at the moment too (2 are already thru), the eye teeth are those sharp-like canine teeth. everyone ive talked to says those are the worse and in our case its holding up to be true. i gave her some tylenol so hope that helped her. sure hope tonight is much better!

that's strange that people have said the canine teeth are the worst because everything I've read says the molars are the worst. The molars being more painful makes sense to me because there is more surface area to break through and it's not like a knife cutting it's way through as the canine and front teeth are. odd

yeah youd think the molars were worse, but i didnt hear one complaint from her about any of her teeth actually until now, i mean im just blaming it on her teeth cause i dont know what else to blame it on
