Do you eat or drink anything before you go to bed?

Savannah went to bed just before 9 and woke around 1 to pee then back to sleep until 8 this morning.

Sienna went to sleep easily last night as did I for the most part. Unfortunately at 4am I woke up from a bad dream and then she did as well almost immediately after I got her back to sleep pretty quick, but me... I think I was awake for an hour easily trying to get the dream out of my head.

I don't remember my dreams most of the time. Savannah went to bed around 9 I think it was right after the great pumpkin and then up at 2 something to pee and back to sleep until 8:30 this morning.

I had ridiculous dreams - the last one I was heading on a trip somewhere. I was at the airport and couldn't find my passport or Sienna's birth certificate. I was in a panic to convince my mom to go to the house to find them and she was being a brat about leaving work to do it.

after an hour and a half of napping - she woke up, opened her door and walked out of the room its only the 2nd time ever that she's done that (well 3rd but only 2nd time after a nap)
