I put Brady in his crib around 10. He slept until 7 in there. I woke up to his feet sticking out of the bars. The crib makes a loud banging noise all the time cause I leave the drop-side down since he can't sit yet. I took him to bed with me after that and we woke up at 11. Usually we wake at 9 but today we needed to sleep in.

I didn't sleep well though since I went to bed at 2:30. I swear tonight I go to bed when Brady does. I'm exhausted! Watch him wake up at midnight tonight.

Is he fully sleeping through the night - no feedings or fussy times?

No. Some days he wakes a lot and some days he makes it through. Like last night he didn't make a sound until 7 (no fussing) but the night before (or two nights before?) I was up at 2 and 6 and 7 and 8 something like that.

Still - as long as he's going down fairly easy and sleeping that late - thats great regardless of how it happens.

People are always asking me if she's sleeping through the night and I go no, but that's okay. Sienna only wakes up once or twice on average - give her some boob and she's out cold again usually. It'll be an adjustment when she's not on boob anymore - we'll see how that goes.

last night went really well. Got her into her crib around 1030 then back with us around 230. Once she was good and asleep again I relocated her back to her crib and she stayed there until 7! She's now snuggled up against Josh aww. If I knew how long he'd be sleeping in, I'd go sneak in a shower before he leaves for work haha

Aww be hopeful with a side of caution Once he gets use to sleeping like that, I bet it'll happen more often than you think. However, when he gets ready for major changes - crawling, walking, and even major teething (which I know you mentioned you think he is)... sleep may be interupted or at least change a bit. Good luck though! That's great he's giving you some much needed rest!

Holy crap... she took a 2-2 1/2 hr nap at lunch. I guess she needed to make up for lost nap time yesterday

I wish B would sleep 2.5 hours for a nap! He is pushing 1.5 right now which is rare. He usually only makes it 30 minutes. Occasionally he makes it to one hour.

He slept from 10:30 to 7 again this morning. He slept well last night but I don't remember timing. The last time I posted in here until yesterday he slept like poo.

Did I tell you his crib broke? We were taking it apart cause someone wanted to buy it and it freaking fell and broke! So mad.

wow... when she naps lately, she really naps! she seems to have one really long nap a day now and one shorter one... the long one is anywhere from 1 1/2 - 3 hrs we had a couple rough days over the last week, but the weekends seem to always throw her off.

Aw that sucks. B does that prob every other day, every three days. It was 6:58 today but he let me fall back asleep while he played until close to 8. I woke up with him right in my face cooing and smiling. Funny.

Sienna's bed hogness has rubbed off on B he starts on one side of the bed and ends up almost knocking me off of my side. I woke up with him in my arm pit with me half hanging off the bed.

That's why I love that she's been able to transition to her crib so well. Most of the time when she wakes up and is well rested, she will end up playing with her few toys that are in there with her.
I put her back in her crib after I fed her, hoping she'd play with her toys and I could try to nod off again... turns out she fell back asleep after a bit and I got to sneak in a shower!

Poor Josh didn't have such a great night yesterday while I was gone. Hopefully we'll all have a better night tonight!

It was nice getting to take a couple hour nap together this morning when we got back from the airport.

tried the toddler bed last night, and she almost rolled out of it (i say almost cause i slept on the air matress beside her and caught her and put her in my bed for the rest of the night) i actually think ill transition her to a twin bed with rails, much more room for her, and the rails are alot longer than the "rails" on her toddler bed- so all in all toddler bed = waste of money for us

Not sure what Sienna's deal is lately, but she hasn't been sleeping anywhere near as good as she had been for a long time. Now it seems like she's waking up an hour or two after falling asleep and then repeat. It's not like she wakes up every hour or two throughout the entire night, but the beginning of the night is hard. Hopefully it's just because she's going through a growth spurt or something.
