Default Spring/Easter - 02-20-10, 02:13 PM

Yes I'm combining those... mostly because I'm not sure if I want to do traditional "Easter" baskets or if I want to do baskets for Spring... change it up you know. But anyway....

Are you doing baskets for your kiddos? What do you put in them? I don't remember if I did one for Sienna last year. I know I didn't her first year becuase she was so little, no point really.

Things I've thought of I could do for Sienna: coloring book, crayons, maybe something Spring related.... rain boots (she's still wearing her sz6 that obviously don't fit anymore... but it's only around the house so no biggie) or something for her sandbox or maybe a soccer ball... new sun glasses? I duno I'm torn. I want to keep it cheap and simple and leave out candy cuz that's really silly for a 2 1/2yr old. If we make cookies I could put one or two in there but she doesn't need more than that.

Camryn - no clue.

I'll do baskets for the boys...Jackson's first year, I just put stuff he was going to use like bowls, spoons, a stacker toy thinger and some books in each...Christian got more "toy" stuff than candy. Last year, they got more candy than the year before, but didn't end up eating it all, so I'll probably cut back (even though it wasn't a lot to start with).

the headbands were in the dollar section - got those a week or two ago. somethin like that. those are what made me think the baskets would be neat cuz theyd match the headbands.
yellow is a tshirt cuz sienna needs shirts bad. soccer ball, coloring book ($1), movie ($5), stickets,
