thinking maayyybe I'll make a valentine cake as practice or valentine cupcakes  I'll hafta do research prior to then obviously and then get the supplies. I've heard of it. The one I watch is amazing wedding cakes - it features 4 or 5 different bake shops that do awesome party cakes. my fav is the shop in NYC cuz the main person is super funky.
