Default What have you accomplished today? - 03-24-08, 06:37 PM

I like running over what I did today. Makes me feel like I accomplished something when I see it all written down. Care to join me?

Folded loads of laundry that were left over from the weekend.
Separated and started new load.
Cleaned baby's room, master bedroom, house's main bathroom clutter
Made me some coffee.
Made me some lunch.
Completed online class/briefing thingermabob

And of course took care of the baby's needs.

I still have to do homework but kid needs to fall asleep first.

I'm spending quality time with girlie - that beats getting any chores done around here

- Did usual morning routine with baby. Took his daily photo and went to work.
- Checked on all three work cats: Fed them wet food, checked litter/dry food/water supply.
- Repeatedly kicked out three kids (age 8 mos to almost 3 years old) out of my office area because they get into my trash can, pull drawers open, bang on my mouse/keyboard, find hidden baby foods, and unbuckle my diaper bag.
- Repeatedly checked on James in the other room to make sure he's not eating post-it notes that the three year old is peeling off one-by-one and dropping onto the floor.
- Came home, cleaned kitchen/living room and moved laundry around.
- Put baby to bed and let husband pass out on the couch and started doing stuff that I asked him to do for me, but obviously isn't going to happen.

-got up at 6 and took a shower then went downstairs to watch the red sox 2nd game in japan
-nap time for girlie since she didn't want to be up so early
-packed up and headed to the post office then off to the mall
-wandered around the mall for a while then stopped at the food court to sit down and give girlie some lunch where she proceeded to get milk all over her. she apparently wanted to bite her sippy cup instead of drinking. and even more fun...I then discovered she had a wonderful mess for me... through her clothes and onto her stroller! yay
-cleaned up girlie and we headed home
-stroller fabric and other items in the wash now

maybe make dinner later

I don't bother making lists anymore. I just try to remember and take my time while I'm there

Before 9 I had already showered, done my hair and makeup, dressed and started laundry.... AND Sienna was still sleeping in her crib

We plan to try to go grocery shopping today before the Red Sox home opener

wow impressive cleaning spree

I still have hopes of vacuuming or washing the rugs on the main level one of these days - at least vacuuming this week I cleaned the kitchen real good yesterday.

Today we returned some items to gap and old navy then bought a few items from old navy (shorts and bathing suit for me) going to order some stuff from gap/old navy maybe ae later since i just returned a butt load. went to the driving range - did pretty good if I do say so myself then off to coldstone creamery to get smoothies since Sienna passed out in the car. Then the most productive part of all today... she just got a bath!!! It's been a while... and when I say a while, I really mean a while She loves baths though, so I've really got to try to give them to her more often. She's totally going to love playing in a lil pool when we get the right hook up for our faucet.

Today after vacuuming and showering, Sienna and I walked over (okay... I walked over... she strolled over) to the bank to drop off someones debit card (bimbo left it at the drive up atm) then we walked over to gnc to get Josh some vitamins. Sienna fell asleep at that point so I got a coffee shake and then we sat outside (while she continued to sleep) until it started to rain.

yesterday I washed all of Siennas 12-18 month clothes that we have already and this morning I put them all away!

I'm hoping to get outside with her later since it's going to be such a nice day
